At Cooperative Atma, we understand that sometimes you may need to modify or cancel your order. We aim to make this process simple and transparent while respecting the handmade nature of our rugs.

1. Order Cancellation Window

  1. Before Production / Within 24 Hours
    You may cancel your order within 24 business hours of placing it for a full refund, no questions asked.
  2. Orders Already Shipped
    If your order has already been shipped via DHL, it cannot be canceled. You may still be eligible for a return or refund under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if your rug is already in production.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

Cancellations:
For cancellations made within 24 business hours (before production begins), a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.

Returns After Shipping:
For orders returned after shipping, refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.

4. Exceptions

  • Orders that have already been shipped or delivered.
  • Items purchased as part of a sale or promotion that are clearly marked as final sale cannot be canceled or refunded.
