Shipping Policy

At Cooperative Atma, we handcraft our rugs in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco and ship them directly to our customers in the United States. We are committed to transparency regarding our shipping costs, delivery times, and potential import fees.
1. Free Shipping
We provide Free Standard Shipping on every order to the United States. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay for delivery to your door. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
2. Shipping Destinations
All shipments are sent directly from our cooperative workshops in Morocco via DHL.
- We ship to: United States addresses only
- We do NOT ship to: Non‑U.S. addresses, P.O. boxes, or APO addresses
- Orders with a non‑U.S. shipping address will be automatically canceled and refunded.
3. Production & Processing Time
- Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 AM (Casablanca Time, GMT+0)
- Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Fulfillment Days: Monday through Friday, excluding Moroccan public holidays.
4. Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery
All orders are shipped via DHL with a tracking number to ensure your rug arrives safely and quickly.
- Destination: All U.S. Destinations
- Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days
- Transit Time: 5–7 Business Days
- Total Estimated Delivery: 6–10 Business Days
Note: All delivery timeframes are estimates. Delays due to weather or carrier issues may occasionally occur.
5. Tracking & Notifications
Once your rug is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
You can monitor your shipment at www.dhl.com.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including street, apartment/unit, city, state, and ZIP code.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional reshipment fees may apply.
7. Packaging & Handling
Each order is carefully wrapped with protective materials, sealed in a waterproof shipping bag or tube, and labeled with handling instructions. We use environmentally friendly packaging materials where possible.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost or delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@cooperativeatma.com with your order number, tracking number, and photos if available. We will open a claim on your behalf and, once verified, will either:
- Send a replacement
- Issue a full refund for the product
